I am not sure if they had ever done that before, but they delivered with the exact specifications requested and set it up where it would be very easy to apply the letters to the plexiglass. They even gave me training on how to apply the letters. I was afraid to do it myself, but I did and it worked out great. The only thing and it is my fault is that I did not allow enough room for the wood on each side to attach to the plexiglass to make the box. I will remember next time
