Meet The Team

As a VP of Operations, Carrie brings unique insight that allows her to handle the responsibility of insuring that all aspects of design, in-house production, and working with vendors are taken care of efficiently and in ways that creatively answer our client’s needs. Carrie is a graduate of Drexel University with a degree in Art Management. She as part of our team since 2013 and in 2020 she has moved to leading the company.

Jim Pearce brings extensive experience managing complex signage and graphics projects for both corporate and non-profit clients. Everyday brings a new set of challenges that don't fit into an off the shelf solution. The real key to client satisfaction is the ability to solve a problem and deliver proactive customer service. Jim provided specialized CAD systems to land surveyors and civil engineers prior to starting Signs By Tomorrow (now Image360) in 1999. You might also be surprised to learn that Jim was also a school teacher for 10 years in the Philadelphia Public School System.

Kim has been with the company since 2005. She started as a Customer Service Representative. Kim possess many talents which have served her well in her duel role as both the Director of Production and Head Designer.  Kim is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in design.

Donna left the full time Fortune 100 world in 2016 to manage our sales and marketing staff. She brings many years of experience in sales, marketing, executive management and organizational development. Her last educational stop was a MS in Organizational Development at University of Pennsylvania. She is also one heck of a painter.
