After leading the transition at Allegra Cincinnati from a more traditional short run printer and mailer to being a provider of marketing services, Stephen made the decision to rebrand our Signs Now Center as Image360 to better reflect our signage and graphics capabilities.  By bringing the power of these 2 brands together, Stephen and his team are your complete visual communications solution partner.  From interior graphics and exterior signs, to vehicle graphics and tradeshow displays, our goal is to ehance your organization's visiblity and strengthen your identity. Plus, our core capabilities also include in graphic design, printing, mailing, apparel and promotional products for enhancing our clients’ businesses by the execution of targeted, relevant marketing campaigns. Additionally, we are fortunate to have access to a Marketing Resource Center that leverages our capabilities to much higher plane. Erin has been helping Cincinnati area businesses to look and perform their best through print since 1995 and has been in the print industry for over 20 years. “I take great satisfaction in knowing my print advice has helped my client save time or money in their daily business.” Erin graduated with a B.S. in Graphic Design from Buffalo State College and her first job was ad design and sales with a weekly broadsheet newspaper in Western New York that had been in business for over 100 years. Erin is married with one daughter and loves walking with her dog and traveling to different cities following her husband’s goal of running a marathon in every state in the U.S.

Kate will most often be your first point of contact, and more often than not will be your primary contact.  "Customer Advocate" is a great way to describe her relationship with her customers! Kate joined Image360 and Allegra staff in June of 2014 and focuses on client services. She enjoys helping customers receive their printing products quickly and, most importantly, with accuracy. As a former teacher, Kate brings her strengths of organization, communication, and attention to detail to the business. Kate is married with four boys. She is actively involved in the parish and school, St. Vincent Ferrer in Kenwood. In her spare time, Kate can be found watching her two youngest boys participate in sports or baking cookies.

Haley joined Allegra in 2016 and specializes in illustration and sign design. Her background in the signage industry brings a wealth of knowledge for design of vehicle wraps, monuments, lighted signs, channel lettering and much more. Haley is also a skilled florist and wedding & event designer.

Randy joined Allegra in March 2021 after spending 21 years as the senior graphic designer for the Cincinnati Zoo. Randy developed his artistic talents and skills at Scarlet Oaks Commercial Art program, then attended Central Academy of Commercial Art and received his Bachelor of Communication Arts degree from Mount Saint Joseph University in Cincinnati. Randy specializes in creative design and illustration. He proudly served in the Army Reserve for 12 years. He lives in Mason with his wife and cats where he likes to spend his free time practicing and teaching martial arts/self defense as well as, drawing and painting people and animals.

Justin joined Allegra in 2017 and is our guru of all things sign, graphics, and displays related. He prints, prepares, and installs all kinds of projects with serious attention to detail and perfection. In his spare time Justin is a movie buff and publishes a weekly podcast on movies.
