Zach Davis, President / CEO
Zach Davis brings an entrepreneurial spirit and success-driven attitude to Image360 – South Tampa. As President and CEO, he works closely with the entire staff to ensure Image360 – South Tampa is the premier provider of professional grade graphics solutions to businesses and organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area.
As a director with the Boy Scouts of America for over 11 years in Tampa, Zach was primarily involved with youth membership retention, adult leadership training and fundraising. The resulting relationships provided invaluable connections when Zach and his wife chose to start their own business in South Tampa.
Leslie Davis, Vice President / CFO
As Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, Leslie Davis forms the other half of a dynamic husband/wife team at Image360 – South Tampa. Leslie’s background of over 15 years in the public accounting industry provides her the skills necessary to oversee the finances and administration of the business. Her expertise in process improvement makes an impact in ensuring the business operates as effectively and efficiently as possible to best serve our clients.
James "JR" Rehm, Production Manager
James "JR" Rehm has been a part of the signage industry for 10 years, with exprience ranging from billboard manufacturing to sales and customer service. As a former owner of a signage company for several years, there is not much he has not come across or is not capable of making happen. As Production Manager for Image360 - South Tampa, JR is responsible for the daily production output and quality control - teaming up with Sales and Design to make sure the product is what the customer ordered and is turned around within promised deadlines. JR is married to Ashley and a father of two young boys. JR and his family are a major part of their church, where JR leads the Worship Team.
Dawn Barber, Design
Dawn Barber graduated with an Associate of Science in Graphic Design from Daytona State College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of South Florida - St. Pete Campus -(notice how both are near the beach). As Image360's resident design wizard for 10 years, she creates most of the designs based on the client's signage needs. She also works closely with the production department to ensure projects are completed to the specifications given, and sometimes lends a hand running the printing and production equipment. An outdoor enthusiast and amateur photographer, Dawn enjoys all things art - especially street murals, live music, theatre and dance (as a spectator since she was not blessed with great pipes or sweet moves).
