Gordon Stehr - Owner
Gordon grew up in Texas, and has a BA from the University of Houston and an MBA from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Gordon has over 25 years’ of senior management and operational experience working for manufacturing companies in the United States and in Asia, primarily Japan. As a general manager and director working for several large, global firms, Gordon has successfully led sizable business units as well as regional functional units with full operational and P&L responsibility. Gordon is eager to work with clients in the Round Rock and surrounding areas to find solutions for their branding and visual communication challenges.
Makiko Stehr - Owner
Makiko has degree in English Literature from Nanzan College in Nagoya, Japan. She has operational, sales, and team leadership experience, focusing on customer relations and business development. Makiko started her career at Mitsukoshi, one of Japan's largest and most famous retail operations. She joined Berlitz International as a Manager of the Nagoya Branch. After taking time off to raise a family, Makiko returned to work as a Sales and Logistics Coordinator for Moving Japan, a relocation firm based in Japan. Makiko is focused on customer satisfaction and enhancing the quality of the buying experience for the customer.
Robert Howell - Lead Graphic Designer
Robert had worked in a shop for fifteen years in Colorado and recently moved to Texas.
He has experience with vinyl plotters, large format printers, and the design. Robert handles the full scope from understanding customer needs, determining best design options, and following through with production and installation.
