This past month, Image360 Kansas City Midtown worked with Installation and Service Technologies to produce and install graphics and engraved signage throughout their renovated space in the heart of downtown KC.
Housed in an historic location in the Power and Light district of Kansas City Missouri, IST began building renovations in 2016 and tapped into some historical findings within the building. A safe, originally commissioned in 1900 on behalf of the Western Newspaper Union, was re-discovered and excavated by IST. The safe is now an historical feature in the IST conference room. To highlight the “safe room” for IST, we produced and installed a full-coverage wall graphic for the room. The graphic was a map of Kansas City from the early 1900s, in which you can locate the Western Newspaper Union building that is now IST. Two engraved plaques were also produced to highlight the safe and delve into the history behind the Western Newspaper Union building.
A variety of door, window and wall graphics were also installed to bring the IST branding to full realization throughout their newly renovated space.
