Image360 Kansas City partnered with P1 Group on large mesh banner signage for Troy City Center in Troy, Michigan. The banners were to be mounted onto two large aluminum frames that would then be mounted to the side of the civic center located in the developing downtown area in Troy.
P1 Group’s team fabricated the aluminum frames for the civic center project and sent us the 3-d specifications of the frames for production of the mesh banners. The unique coverage for the frames meant our designer had to create a custom template for the printing and finishing of the mesh banners. The mesh banners had grommets every foot around the perimeter of the banner and custom overlaps and folds for securing the banners to the frames.
Our team of two installers secured the mesh banners to the custom frames in half a day using insulated cable through the grommets and custom overlaps.
The completed banners were over 59 feet tall and over 12 feet wide.
