The clear acrylic signs show off the bright colors within our logo and mission statement. . | Image360From day one Tom and the team at Image360 were incredibly helpful. When I had an idea they stopped at no lengths to try and help find a solution. I was never met with a “that won’t work”, it was always “I think that could work!”. When it came to ideating the space, Tom and Kayla walked through the store with me on multiple occasions. Our space is different in that we get co-op dollars from majors brands and have a series of internal and external approvals. That means, plans changed A LOT and they rolled with all the punches! Our biggest concern was making sure that all of our artwork was purposeful. Because of the type of art we chose in years past, at other locations, we have felt locked in and trapped by it. I told Tom very early on this was one of our biggest concerns. The track and panel system solution he created for us has been incredible. Not only will it allow us to seasonally change out artwork as needed, but as brand requirements change, logos get updated, or products get discontinued, we aren’t stuck with it on the wall. It’s simply making a new panel and swapping them out. No mass wrap removal, which we all know is a headache. Because this was our first out of state location, we’ve been firmly planted in the Chicagoland area for more than 50 years, communication was so important. Luckily the Image360 office is located just down the street from our New Berlin, WI space, so it was so helpful that they were able to just stop by for a picture or measurement when I couldn’t. At the end of the day, together we were able to create an incredible space that tells the Russo story. From the vibe wall that tells our story right when you walk in the door to the panoramic panels that proudly display the brands we carry - this space vibrantly embodies Russo. What started as a literal concrete bunker/manufacturing plant has been transformed into a big, bright retail space that is not only incredibly functional, but extremely inviting.
