Image360 - Fort Lauderdale receives 2014 Established Small Business Award

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (May 13, 2014)— Image360 – Fort Lauderdale owners Chuck Black and Lynn Elsasser were honored by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce at the annual Small Business of the Year Awards event on May 2. Image360 – Fort Lauderdale received the highest judge count for the 2014 Established Small Business Award, in recognition of outstanding business practices and success. In addition, Chuck Black received the 2014 Small Business Person of the Year award, honoring leadership, integrity, community relations and management skills in owning and operating a small business.

“We consult with our partners to develop a ‘wow’ factor for our clients,” explained Chuck Black.  “We are in business to make a profit but we are in the community to make a difference!”

A husband and wife team, Black and Elsasser relocated to Fort Lauderdale 10 years ago and opened their business. Both have been extremely active in the community since their relocation.

Black serves on the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Board, as well as numerous Chamber committees. In addition, he also serves on the Riverwalk Trust Board and is the South Florida Area President for Navy League while also on the National Board of Directors. He is on the Mission United Committee to help veterans rejoin the work force and re-assimilate into the community as they return from Iraq and Afghanistan.  Black serves on other Boards and is very active in City sponsored events and committees, such as Winterfest Boat Parade, St Patrick’s Day Parade and Great American Beach Party.

Elsasser is active in the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and is a volunteer for the City of Fort Lauderdale’s “Green Your Routine” group. Additionally, Lynn serves as Treasurer of the Lake Ridge Civic Association.
