    ABOUT MARILY MONDEJAR

Marily Mondejar is founder of the Institute for Image Management, an organization development, image consulting and training firm skilled in developing leadership and career programs to increase credibility and improve personal effectiveness of professionals, executives, and business owners. The Institute designs culture due diligence, organizational assessments, and image audits including communications programs customized to meet a company's business needs.

Mondejar is an organizational change practitioner, image consultant and career coach. She advises executives on leadership and career derailment issues. She consults on corporate image strategies, implications of mergers, scenario planning, and maximizing performance results, through work with executive teams, large scale change, alliance-building, and corporate culture development.

Mondejar is also a senior consultant for Lee Hecht Harrison, the flagship brand of the Adecco Career Services division of Adecco S.A., the world's largest human resource solutions company with over 6,000 offices in more than 50 countries. For LHH, she has developed career transition and crisis planning programs including managing large career centers for outplaced employees.

Mondejar developed the Culture Image 360®, a method for measuring executive image performance and corporate reputation. In private practice, Mondejar prepares witnesses involved in malpractice and liability cases for depositions and court appearances, as well training to those who want to become image consultants.

Mondejar founded the Image Industry Council International, the association for image consultants and image training companies with members worldwide. Under her leadership, the Council collaborated with Self Magazine in the "Image Diversity Reports," the largest body of image research on the life-styles and attitudes of American women 18-49 years old. The report became the blueprint on how to market to a woman's self-image.

Mondejar's academic background includes a B.A. Humanities (image in organization development) and a M.A. (leadership), graduate courses in public relations and doctoral coursework in organizational psychology.

Mondejar speaks to organizations and consults for corporations on image leadership and strategy.  She has delivered career and image presentations in a variety of formats reaching more than 30,000 participants internationally. She is a frequent TV and radio guest on image issues and trends.

She is founding president of the Filipina Women's Network, the association for Filipina women in the U.S. Her professional memberships include the Organization Development Network, Society for Human Resource Managers, American Society for Association Executives, American Psychological Association, Future Search Network and the Global Business Network.
