Chuck Black - Chief Executive Officer

Chuck Black and his wife, Lynn Elsasser, moved to Fort Lauderdale to pursue their entrepreneurial dream and opened Signs By Tomorrow in December 2003.  After a successful 10 years, they are rebranding their company to Image 360, a new franchise brand, so the name of their company reflects what they really do!  With 10 years prior experience in the marine industry as a yacht broker in Annapolis, Maryland and a 20 year U. S. Navy career, Chuck brings a fresh and different perspective to the visual communications industry.  His Navy career moved him to many great beach destinations as well as Europe, Asia and the Middle East.  He completed his naval career in Washington, D.C.

Chuck’s creativity is exceptional – his leverages his ability to envision the outcome of a complex project in consulting with customers to deliver that “WOW” display or graphic idea.  If you want “WOW”, you need to consult with Chuck. 

Currently Chuck serves and on several Boards and is a leader in the community:  He serves the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale, Navy League of the U.S. and Navy League Fort Lauderdale Council.   He chaired the Commissioning of USS JASON DUNHAM (DDG 109), USCG Cutter RICHARD ETHERIDGE (WPC 1102) and currently is South Florida Area President for Navy League as well as a National Director. Chuck is also a Co-Founder of AMERICA REMEMBERS OUR HEROES…A Tribute to the Fallen.  He has served on numerous boards and committees previously.

Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Diploma in Acting from the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts, Washington, DC. He has performed at such venues as the Kennedy Center, Washington, DC and in New York City as well as locally here in Fort Lauderdale.

Signs By Tomorrow – Fort Lauderdale has earned numerous franchise awards as well as selection in 2008 as “Small Business of the Year” by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.

Lynn Elsasser - Chief Operating Officer

Prior to opening Image360 – Fort Lauderdale (formerly Signs By Tomorrow – Fort Lauderdale) in December 2003, Lynn Elsasser led a number of Marketing & Communications teams in consumer packaged goods and in business-to-business marketing. Her business experience spanned over 20 years working for Fortune 500 companies, including General Mills, Marriott, Cendant, and Citibank. Lynn’s extensive background in Marketing is invaluable to her clients when consulting on the ideal solution for their visual communication needs. And given her years of project management experience, she consistently delivers client projects on time and within budget! 

Lynn is active in the community and spends countless hours volunteering with a goal of making our city and county a better place to live, work, and play! Lynn is a member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. She has been an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) for nearly 10 years. Currently Lynn serves on both the Communications Committee and the 30th Anniversary Committee of NAWBO. She is a past Board Member of NAWBO, holding several different Chair positions. Additionally Lynn serves on the City of Fort Lauderdale Green Works committee. She volunteers at many City of Fort Lauderdale events sorting trash and recycling to keep recyclable goods out of the waste stream and boost the city’s recycling revenue. Lynn is also a Board member of the Lake Ridge Civic Association. Lynn is active in the FATVillage Association where Image360 – Fort Lauderdale is located. FATVillage has is a highly successful arts and technology district in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. 

Lynn earned her MBA from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA and a BA, cum laude in Economics from Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, VA.
