Leadership Team

With nearly 80 combined years of visual communications expertise, here’s the Image360 leadership team:

 

Mike Marcantonio
CEO 

Mike Marcantonio brings an entrepreneurial spirit and success-driven attitude to Image360. As CEO, he works closely with the entire staff to ensure Image360 is the premier provider of professional grade graphics solutions to businesses and organizations. Marcantonio is also the principal investor in Alliance Franchise Brands. Alliance Franchise Brands serves over 600 franchise members in the U.S., Canada and England. Previously, Marcantonio was vice president of tax at Domino’s Pizza, Inc. in Ann Arbor, Mich., from 1995 to 2000. Marcantonio invested in Allegra Network in 2000 and in July 2006, he expanded his role at Allegra Network by becoming chief strategy officer. In 2011, he transitioned to CEO.

 

Ramon L. Palmer
President, Sign Division

Ray Palmer became president of the Alliance Franchise Brands Sign & Graphics Division in June 2012, which consists of Image360, Signs Now and Signs By Tomorrow. Palmer provides executive oversight for all three brands, which share very similar business models, though they remain separate companies with separate support staffs and programs. As president, CEO and co-founder of Palmer Vohrer Enterprises, Palmer has been involved with Signs By Tomorrow for 10 years as a multi-unit franchisee in addition to his executive leadership role.

 

Andrew R. Akers
Vice President - Operations

As vice president of operations, Andrew Akers oversees franchise support operations for Image360 franchise members. Akers has over 20 years of experience in the sign and graphic industry. Of those, he has spent 14 years working in various markets across the country. He joined Signs By Tomorrow in 2002 and invested in Sign & Graphics Operations, LLC in 2012, becoming part of the leadership team of Alliance Franchise Brands. Previously, Akers was vice president of the former All American Sign Shops in Raleigh, N.C. He has also spent some time as an area and sales representative for various other national sign companies.

 

Laura Pierce-Marutz
Vice President of Finance & Administration

Laura Pierce-Marutz began her career at American Speedy Printing Centers in 1996 as the accounting manager. She was promoted to controller in 1997 and transitioned to vice president and controller in 2004 overseeing the accounting, financial services, compliance and human resources departments. As vice president, she maintains responsibility for all internal financial statements including the audit, banking relationships, budgets, competitor acquisitions and corporate records. In her role, she has also incorporated three competitor companies into Allegra and handled two company relocations. Previous to Alliance Franchise Brands, Pierce-Marutz worked for EDS and James Communications
